Mustard Oil 100ml

Mustard oil (sarson ka tel) is extracted from mustard seeds (black, brown and white), and is reddish brown or amber in colour. It has been used in North and East India since ancient times and is an irreplaceable ingredient in many dishes in Indian Cooking.

For example: Our Chicken Tika / Tandoori requires 2 tablespoons of Mustard Oil per 9 tablespoons of sunflower oil, so if you buy our Tikka Masala then don’t forget the Mustard Oil.

This 100ml bottle is perfect to buy and keep in your cupboard for when a recipe calls for sesame seed oil and you are left scratching your head.
