We Deliver Nationwide & Internationally
Your order will be delivered to your door in between 1 – 4 working days to main regional areas in South Africa, and in around 6 working days to outlying areas.
Your order will only be dispatched after payments have cleared in our account.
Payments made via EFT on a Friday, will be cleared on Tuesday morning.
Collections occur at around 15:30 Mon-Fri
Delivery Times.
Mondays – Fridays: 08h00-17h00 (Excluding Public Holidays)
We dispatch most of our orders within 24 hours after payments reflect in our account. Our deliveries are outsourced to a number of courier companies, which are allocated by a logistics platform.
In the rare case of products being out of stock or products that require extended dispatch and delivery times, we will contact you with the appropriate delivery information.
We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, if there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you by email or phone. If you have been notified of a dispatched order and have not received it in time, please send us an email on [email protected]
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email & sms with a tracking number. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.
Missed Delivery
The courier will call prior to delivery using the number provided at checkout. If the courier is unable to deliver the order, they will arrange an alternate time with you. If you have missed your delivery and incur re-delivery fees, Durban Curry Lovers will not be held responsible.
